Before I wrote fantasy novels, I spent years professionally obsessed with craft beverages. I drank them, wrote about them, and even started a company around them.
Today, I roast coffee in small batches on a drum roaster in Vero Beach, Florida. I curate and source beans from Sweet Maria's, one of the most responsible and ethical green bean importers in the United States.
Every month, I have two options available:
Classic is the roast I make every morning: balanced, smooth, dependable. This "daily driver" roast is great for espresso, drip, or iced coffee.
Experimental is whatever I'm currently chasing. If you like surprises, this is your bag. Great for espresso or pourovers.
Auto Refill orders ship with my next monthly roast. Roast date printed on the bag, always.
